INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka (or plain vodka)
  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (such as Baileys)
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur (preferably dark chocolate)
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
  • 3-4 drops Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Velvet Cake Crumbs or Red Sanding Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings or Small Red Velvet Cake Piece (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
  2. 2 Coat the glass rim by wetting it with cream or simple syrup and dipping it into the crushed cake crumbs or red sanding sugar.
  3. 3 In a shaker with ice, combine vanilla vodka, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and red food coloring.
  4. 4 Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until cold.
  5. 5 Strain into the chilled rimmed martini glass.
  6. 6 Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with chocolate shavings or a small red velvet cake piece. Serve immediately.
