Decadent Red Velvet Martini
A smooth, creamy martini that looks great and tastes like dessert, perfect for celebrations.

Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.

Coat the glass rim by wetting it with cream or simple syrup and dipping it into the crushed cake crumbs or red sanding sugar.

In a shaker with ice, combine vanilla vodka, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and red food coloring.

Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until cold.

Strain into the chilled rimmed martini glass.

Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with chocolate shavings or a small red velvet cake piece. Serve immediately.
